I've just made a new layout and I haven't put it online, it's almost done. The only thing that's annoying me is this:

I tried to make my website compatible with IE and FF, first of all, my site wasn't FF compatible at all.

Now my site looks okay, but the only thing is, FF cuts the sides off my layout! There's just missing a part. I don't know how to fix this, if anyone has a idea, please, tell me :)

I will make screenies if someone wants :D
hmm, I hate the differences between IE , FF etc!
Make only one thing, it's hatefull to make your layout corectly in IE, FF, Safari etc
I hate it too, but the most designs I made, they are good in Safari & FireFox & Internet Explorer 7.0 Wink
If your layout isnt showing up correctly in firefox, its because of the coding.
So, if you have a link somewhere, I could have a look and see if I can help you out.
(Just PM it to me if you don't want everyone to see your new layout already)

Some layout problems show up when you use margin or padding in combination with width, because IE and FF read that differently. Also, FF has one 1px extra secret margin/padding on the right side of the browser, so this might sometimes cause some weird views.
(Try looking at http://www.lyt-box.com - First in IE, then in FF - to see what I mean.)

Alot of CSS menu's will look different in Firefox (& Opera, Safari) to IE too.

Best advice I can give at this point:
When coding your layout, remember to check changes in IE -and- FF during the process.
Not using firefox to be honest. Sad

So can't really help.
Hey Marlou I sent you an PM.

@ Melanie, yes it is but if I want more visitors then I should make my site viewable in more browsers:D
